The Young Actuaries Conference is for actuaries under 35, a diverse already shaping where the profession goes next. More than half of our Young Actuaries are qualified Fellows and the room spans every major practice area, from general insurance and life insurance to data science and AI. What brings this group together isn't inexperience, it's standing at the point in a career where the decisions ahead matter most.
