Virtual registration will be available February 2026.
Your registration includes all sessions, meal breaks on your registered days, networking drinks and the gala dinner.
Please note that shared registrations are not available.
Partners of attendees or those wishing to attend social events only can purchase individual tickets for the gala dinner and networking drinks.
All prices are in $AUD and include GST.

Group Registration
To register a group, please follow the below instructions:

- Log in or create an account
- To register someone other than yourself, enter their email address into the email field (Please note the email address will need to be the one associated with their member or non-member account).
- If the person has an account, their information will be populated (For privacy reasons you will not be able to see these details).
- If the person does not have an account, please fill in their details.
- Once the form is complete, scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Click here to add more registrants."
- Repeat steps 4-7 until you have registered everyone
- Click Register
- Check the cart page to ensure you have registered everyone
- Proceed to payment.

Airport Bus
A complimentary airport shuttle will depart from the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre to Melbourne Tullamarine Airport at 5.00pm on Wednesday 27 May 2026, following the conclusion of the Summit. We encourage attendees to use this shuttle service to help minimise the environmental impact of the 2026 Summit. Please reserve your place when registering.
An additional airport shuttle is available at 5.30pm on Tuesday 26 May, if there is sufficient demand. To reserve your seat, please email the events team at [email protected] .
Summit 2026 Registration Terms and Conditions
By registering to the 2026 All Actuaries Summit, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Payment Requirements: Your attendance to Summit 2026 is subject to receipt and clearance of payment.
3. Registration Changes and Transfers
Transfers: If you are unable to attend Summit 2026, your registration may be transferred to another person from the same organisation at any time. Single days from a multi-day registration may not be transferred individually.
Registration Type Changes: If the transfer involves changing from one registration type to another of greater value, you must pay the difference.

Shared Registrations: Shared registrations are not available for Summit 2026. Registrants are not permitted to share their name tags with another person.
4. Refund Policy
When you are unable to attend and cannot transfer your registration to another person, the following refund arrangements apply:
- On or before Friday 1 May 2026: Full refund available with no penalty.
- After Friday 1 May 2026: No refunds applicable.
Special Circumstances: Where refunds are not normally applicable, the Actuaries Institute may review this policy in cases of special circumstances.
5. Travel and Accommodation
Travel and accommodation arrangements are the responsibility and at the risk of the registrant. The Actuaries Institute encourages registrations to consider their travel arrangements carefully.
6. Photography and Media Consent
By registering for this event, you give the Actuaries Institute permission to publish any photographs that may be taken of you at Summit 2026 by the official photographer or Institute staff. This includes publication on the Institute website, Actuaries Digital and social media platforms.
7. Anti-Discrimination Policy
The Actuaries institute is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or region. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Our Code of Conduct requires respect for all individuals.
8. Privacy Policy
All registrant names and organisations will appear on the 2026 Summit App. You have the option of excluding your name from the delegate list provided to the Institute’s event partners and Summit 2026 conference app when registering for the event or by contacting [email protected] . Information collected is subject to our Privacy Policy .
9. Dietary Requirements
The Institute will provide suitable meals for registrants who specify their dietary requirements during registration.
These terms and conditions are effective as of November 2025 and govern your registration for Summit 2026.
