Attendance options
The Young Actuaries Conference will be held in Sydney on Thursday 4 December and live streamed virtually. You also have the opportunity to watch the live stream at a Watch Party in Melbourne or Brisbane. Early bird registration in available until Thursday 6 November!
Pricing
All prices are in $AUD and include GST. Registration includes access to all sessions and meal breaks. Shared registration is not available.

Registration Terms and Conditions
Your attendance is subject to receipt and clearance of payment. Your name and organisation will appear on the 2025 Young Actuaries Conference delegate list.
By registering to the 2025 Young Actuaries Conference, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Registration changes and transfers
Transfers: If you are unable to attend Young Actuaries Conference 2025, your registration may be transferred to another person from the same organisation at any time.
Registration type changes: If the transfer involves changing from one registration type to another of greater value, you must pay the difference.

Shared registrations: Shared registrations are not available for Young Actuaries Conference 2025. Registrants are not permitted to share their name tags with another person.
Refund policy
When you are unable to attend and cannot transfer your registration to another person, the following refund arrangements apply:
- On or before 6 November 2025: Full refund available with no penalty.
- After 6 November 2025: No refunds applicable.
Special circumstances: Where refunds are not normally applicable, the Actuaries Institute may review this policy in cases of special circumstances.
Travel and accommodation
Travel and accommodation arrangements are the responsibility and at the risk of the registrant. The Actuaries Institute encourages registrations to consider their travel arrangements carefully.
Photography and media consent
By registering for this event, you give the Actuaries Institute permission to publish any photographs that may be taken of you at Young Actuaries Conference 2025 by the official photographer or Institute staff. This includes publication on the Institute website, Actuaries Digital and social media platforms.

All registrant names and organisations will appear on the 2025 Young Actuaries Conference delegate list. Dietary requirements
The Institute will provide suitable meals for registrants who specify their dietary requirements during registration.
These terms and conditions are effective as of September 2025 and govern your registration for Young Actuaries Conference 2025.
