Career Series - Beyond the Actuarial Toolbox - Melbourne Watch Party

Build your adaptable career so that actuarial is your superpower, not your ceiling.

The actuarial profession is evolving rapidly, and nobody can predict exactly what it will look like in five years. But here's what we do know: being intentional about your ongoing professional development will prepare you to confidently navigate whatever changes come your way.

This interactive workshop is designed specifically for early to mid-career (under 35) actuaries who want to take control of their professional development in 2026. You'll build a meaningful lifelong learning plan that goes beyond traditional technical skills -one that prepares you for future opportunities and challenges while positioning you for career growth.

Through guided reflection and insights from experienced recruiters and industry leaders, you'll create a personalised 2026 action plan that spans technical knowledge, non-technical skills, and professionalism. You'll leave with more than good intentions - you'll have a tangible roadmap with concrete next steps for your career development.

Whether you're navigating AI disruption, preparing for leadership transitions, or simply wanting to future-proof your career, this session will equip you with the tools and clarity to step confidently into 2026.

Join us at Allianz, Melbourne to kick off the 2026 Career Series with fellow Melbourne actuaries.
