Call for abstracts

Submission deadlines

• Submissions are open online from Monday 3 August 2026.
• Submit your abstracts online for the curators to review by Friday 16 October 2026, 5pm AEDT. 
• We will notify you whether your submission has been accepted in early December 2026. 

Submission guidelines

• Submissions in all practice areas will be considered. 
• Paper synopsis recommendation: three to four paragraphs. 
• Authors should disclose whether they will be presenting in-person. These abstracts will be viewed favourably. 
• Our curators evaluate each submission on the strength of its topic and quality.  
• Due to limited program capacity, not all abstracts will be accepted, and late submissions will not be considered. 
• Create an account to submit and track your abstract through Cvent. 
• Submissions accepted as PDF or Word.

Information on submission acceptance

If your abstract has been accepted, here's what to expect: 

• The Summit runs Wednesday 5 to Friday 7 May 2027 at The International Convention Centre (ICC) Sydney. 
• Date and time will be allocated, with presenters advised accordingly. 
• Please note, concurrent session presenters don't receive complimentary registration. If you'd rather not register for the full day, you're welcome to attend just for your presentation.
