All prices are in $AUD and include GST. In-person and virtual attendance options available. Registration opens 1 December 2026.
In-person registration pricing
The program has been designed for two-day attendance: one day focused on your practice area and one day for cross-practice opportunities. If you want to maximise your networking and industry insights, register for all three days.
You will need to select your attendance days during registration. The member price is available for members of the Actuaries Institute. All prices are in $AUD and include GST.

Your in-person registration cost includes all Summit program sessions and meal breaks on your registered days.
The Summit Reception and Networking Drinks are also included in your registration cost, but you MUST add them to your registration to attend, as capacity is limited.
- Summit Reception and/or Networking Drinks can be added to your registration after booking (subject to availability) by emailing the events team.
- If a social event has been added but you can no longer attend, please let us know so we can offer your spot to another attendee.
- Partners of attendees, or those wishing to attend the social events only, can purchase individual tickets for the Summit Reception and Networking Drinks online
- Shared registrations are not available. Your registration cannot be shared or split between multiple attendees, including across different registered days.

Virtual registration pricing
Virtual registration includes live stream and recordings of sessions held in Room A only. Shared registrations are not available. Your registration cannot be shared or split between multiple attendees, including across different registered days.

Group registration
To register a group, please follow the below instructions:
- Click “Register”
- Log in or create an account
- To register someone other than yourself, enter their email address into the email field. Please note the email address will need to be the one associated with their member or non-member account
- If the person has an account, their information will be populated. For privacy reasons you will not be able to see these details
- If the person does not have an account, please fill in their details
- Once the form is complete, scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Click here to add more registrants"
- Repeat steps 4-7 until you have registered everyone
- Click Register
- Check the cart page to ensure you have registered everyone
- Proceed to payment
- Alternatively, you can complete the group registration spreadsheet and send it to the events team to process your registration.

Summit 2027 registration terms and conditions
By registering to the 2027 All Actuaries Summit, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Payment Requirements: Your attendance to Summit 2027 is subject to receipt and clearance of payment.
3. Registration changes and tansfers
Transfers: If you are unable to attend Summit 2027, your registration may be transferred to another person from the same organisation at any time. Single days from a multi-day registration may not be transferred individually.
Registration type changes: If the transfer involves changing from one registration type to another of greater value, you must pay the difference.

Shared registrations: Shared registrations are not available for Summit 2027. Registrants are not permitted to share their name tags with another person.
4. Refund policy
When you are unable to attend and cannot transfer your registration to another person, the following refund arrangements apply:
- On or before Thursday 25 March 2027: Full refund available with no penalty.
- After Thursday 25 March 2027: No refunds applicable.
Special circumstances: Where refunds are not normally applicable, the Actuaries Institute may review this policy in cases of special circumstances.
5. Travel and accommodation
Travel and accommodation arrangements are the responsibility and at the risk of the registrants. The Actuaries Institute encourages registrations to consider their travel arrangements carefully.
6. Photography and Media Consent
By registering for this event, you give the Actuaries Institute permission to publish any photographs that may be taken of you at Summit 2026 by the official photographer or Institute staff. This includes publication on the Institute website, Actuaries Digital and social media platforms.
7. Anti-Discrimination Policy
The Actuaries institute is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or region. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Our Code of Conduct requires respect for all individuals.
8. Privacy Policy
All registrant names and organisations will appear on the 2027 Summit App. You have the option of excluding your name from the delegate list provided to the Institute’s event partners and Summit 2027 app when registering for the event or by contacting [email protected] . Information collected is subject to our Privacy Policy .
9. Dietary requirements
The Institute will provide suitable meals for registrants who specify their dietary requirements during registration.
These terms and conditions are effective as of November 2026 and govern your registration application information for Summit 2027.
