Call for abstracts
The Actuaries Institute is now inviting abstract submissions for papers and presentations for the 2026 All Actuaries Summit.

Submission Deadlines
- Submit your abstracts online for the curators to review by Thursday 16 October 2025
- We will notify you whether your submission has been accepted in December 2025

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions in all practice areas will be considered.
- We recommend making your synopsis three – four paragraphs long.
- We require authors to disclose whether they will be presenting in-person. Abstracts with authors presenting in-person will be viewed favourably.
- Please remember that the curator will look at the topic and quality of the abstract when determining whether you are accepted into the program.
- Due to the capacity of the program, we regret that not all abstracts will be accepted.
- Late submissions will not be accepted.

- Submissions can be uploaded as PDF or Word documents.
Information on Submission Acceptance
The All Actuaries Summit will take place from Monday 25 – Wednesday 27 May at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, Melbourne. You will be allocated a date and time for your session.
Please note that concurrent presenters will not receive a complimentary registration.

All Actuaries Summit Prizes
There are two prizes that are awarded to the author of the paper or presentation given at the All Actuaries Summit 2026.

The Melville All Actuaries Summit Prize
The Melville Prize, funded by the late Tig Melville, is presented to the author of a paper, or presenter of a session, at the All Actuaries Summit. The monetary value of the prize is AUD$5,000.

Carol Dolan All Actuaries Summit Prize
This prize is presented to the All Actuaries Summit paper or presentation, that in the opinion of the judges does the most to advance the actuarial theory and practice of general insurance. This prize has been funded by the late Carol Dolan. This prize has been established in her memory, with the aim of recognising her contribution to the general insurance industry and the role that actuaries play within it.
