Technology is changing quickly and our roles as actuaries are evolving. The Actuarial profession continues to grow in its reach, inspiring change in insurance and beyond.

The 2018 Young Actuaries Conference will equip you with new perspectives and tools to prepare for the future. Plenary speakers will show where actuaries are currently inspiring change and what skills we as young actuaries need to do the same.

This is the second Young Actuaries Conference and will be a half day event covering hot topics such as insurance tech disruptors, climate change, mental health and bringing the actuarial skillset to welfare.

There will also be plenty of opportunities to network over lunch and drinks with other young actuaries and experienced members of the profession including Practice Committee Members.  

YAC2018 will be live in the Institute’s Sydney office with webinar available to other members. Group webinar viewing events have been arranged for Brisbane and Melbourne, offering networking opportunities for participants based in these locations.
