This eLearning course is designed for actuaries new to the Australian profession, or for members who want to update their knowledge of the Code of Conduct, professionalism and ethics. It can also be used as a professionalism course for actuaries of overseas professional bodies who want to transfer to the Actuaries Institute via overseas mutual recognition. Course content is drawn from the Actuary Program subject Communication, Modelling and Professionalism (CMP).

Actuaries from overseas associations must complete a professionalism course before joining the Actuaries Institute. This course fulfills that requirement.

- You’ll have three months to complete the course.
- There is no formal assessment for this course. However, you must successfully answer multiple choice questions which are included throughout.
- If you’re studying the course to become a Fellow or an Associate via mutual recognition, you’ll need to sign a declaration to state that you have completed and understood the course.
