NOTE: Council are proposing to modernise the Institute’s Constitution.
The final version of the proposed revised Constitution has been developed with input from council, a working group with council and member representation, and legal advice. Further amendments have also been incorporated from member commentary following the recent membership consultation process.
A vote to approve the revised Constitution will be held at the 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held at the All Actuaries Summit on the Gold Coast on Thursday 2 May at 8:00am AEST.
