With many years working across pricing, reserving, and reinsurance Simone will share her thoughts on why, in a profession built on data, the ability to connect with people is what sets you apart.

About the Initiative 

Women Actuaries Connect+ brings together diverse perspectives and experiences, creating opportunities for collaboration and growth that benefit individual members and strengthen our profession.  

Presented in partnership with the Diversity and Inclusion working group, this initiative creates a welcoming space where women actuaries can build valuable professional connections, share experiences, and support each other's career journeys.  

With women making up about 40% of our membership, many under 35, we're focused on nurturing tomorrow's leaders through meaningful networking and mentorship.  

 The "+" in our name reflects our inclusive approach, everyone who supports women's advancement in the profession is welcome to participate and contribute.
