Matthew Buckle
Matthew is a Fellow of the Actuaries Institute and the Actuarial Society of South Africa, with extensive experience in life insurance valuation, capital management, and financial performance analysis across Australia, New Zealand, and international markets. He is a Director at Dataly Actuarial and regularly shares thought leadership on IFRS 17 implementation and effective valuation and data processes. Outside of work, Matthew grew up in a sailing family and still enjoys spending time on the water.

Keith Chong
Keith is a Fellow of the Actuaries Institute and is a Principal in Deloitte Australia’s consulting practice specialising in actuarial modelling, valuation and financial reporting, with over 23 years of experience in the Australian, NZ, Asia and UK life insurance industry. Keith was the lead Principal on Deloitte Australia’s actuarial IFRS17 and Modelling life insurance centre of excellence between 2020 and 2023, responsible for knowledge management, internal training, and IFRS17 client thought leadership.
