Christine Brownfield , Strategy and Actuarial Executive at Homesafe Solutions
Christine Brownfield is an Actuarial Executive at Homesafe Solutions, which provides debt-free home equity release solutions for senior Australians. She also serves on the Board of a new entrant to the New Zealand equity release market. Christine specialises in home equity release and has authored papers and articles on the topic. Previously, she held actuarial, finance and strategy roles in life insurance and wealth management, including five years as a Chief/Appointed Actuary and experience as an actuarial consultant. 
Barry Leung  , Executive General Manager at Medical Indemnity Protection Society (MIPS)
Barry Leung is Executive General Manager at Medical Indemnity Protection Society (MIPS), overseeing finance, actuarial, treasury, data analytics, and program management functions. He brings extensive experience from senior roles at major health insurers including Medibank and Defence Health. Previously, Barry served as an Impact Insurance Fellow with the International Labour Organisation, advising Ghana's National Health Insurance Authority on their universal health cover scheme. He is passionate about improving health outcomes for all. 
Adrian Karloci , Director at B&K Consulting
Adrian Karloci is a Director at B&K Consulting who specialises in recruitment for Life Insurance, Retirement, and Superannuation sectors, focusing on Actuarial, Product, and Distribution roles. He emphasises building long-term relationships based on trust and shared values, taking time to understand clients' career goals to ensure the right match between candidates and opportunities. His approach prioritises mutually beneficial outcomes through developing deep client understanding rather than quick placements.
