This initiative brings together diverse perspectives and experiences, creating opportunities for collaboration and growth that benefit individual members and strengthen our profession.  

Presented in partnership with the Diversity and Inclusion working group, it creates a welcoming space where women actuaries can build valuable professional connections, share experiences, and support each other's career journeys.  

With women making up about 40% of our membership, many under 35, we're focused on nurturing tomorrow's leaders through meaningful networking and mentorship.
