Airport Transfers Available
A complimentary airport shuttle will depart from the International Convention Centre (ICC) Sydney to Sydney Domestic Airport following the conclusion of the Summit. Departure times are:
- Thursday 6 May 2027 – five minutes after the last session of the day ends
- Friday 7 May 2027 – five minutes after the last session of the day ends

Parking
ICC Sydney has 800+ secure car parking spaces available. Vehicle entry height is 2.2m.
Additionally, visitors can make use of a number of secure car parks located in and around Darling Harbour, the closest located at Harbourside Car Park, 100 Murray Street, Pyrmont.

Recognising the actuarial profession's role in managing climate-related risks, and in line with the global push toward environmental awareness, the Summit is taking steps to be a more mindful and sustainable event.
Here's how:
- Recyclable and reusable materials wherever possible
- Little to no plastic or disposables (compostable options where needed)
- No single-use water bottles
- No satchels or printouts, aside from nametags. Everything else is on the Summit HQ platform and app
