Win-Li Toh is a Principal at Taylor Fry and is responsible for the strategic management of the firm. She has held consulting roles in London, Sydney and New Zealand, and has a wealth of experience advising on both long and short tail lines to corporates and government.  Win-Li is currently Appointed Actuary to several general insurers in Australia and New Zealand. She enjoys the collaborative aspects of her work with clients, and the drawing together of different disciplines to deliver successful business solutions.

Elaine Collins is a Fellow of the Actuaries’ Institute and a professional Non-Executive Director with three current Board roles: for Zurich Insurance, the ARPC (providing terrorism reinsurance) and the MAIB (providing CTP insurance in Tasmania).She also on Risk Committees, Reinsurance Committees and Chairs the Audit Committee of the MAIB.

Prior roles include being a Partner of Deloitte for six years and a Director of KPMG for five years, where she carried out Appointed Actuary roles, as well as a wide range of other assignments.

She is also a Member of the Professional Standards Committee and a sessional lecturer at UNSW.

John Jeaitani is an Actuary and Senior Consultant at Finity Consulting, where he has worked for the past 6 years.  He has particular expertise in CTP and medical indemnity insurance and has been involved in a wide variety of projects including liability valuations, premium filings and capital modelling. John is currently working to help insurers understand the implications of the recent NSW CTP scheme reforms. Outside of work, John closely follows Australian politics and tries to keep up with his two energetic daughters.

Jonathan Shen is a Senior Manager in the Data Science team within Suncorp’s Chief Data and Transformation Office. He has worked in analytics for six years across both the insurance and banking domains, with a variety of engagements spanning pricing, customer analytics, claims operations, automation and innovation projects. Jon graduated from UNSW with first class honours and the University Medal in Actuarial Studies, and is a Fellow of the Actuaries Institute. 


Susie Amos is a Principal of Finity and co-chairs the Institute’s Cyber Insurance Working Group. She has a particular interest in the underwriting and pricing of cyber insurance, leading the research at Finity in this area.  Susie enjoys seeing different specialists joining forces to tackle challenges and seek opportunities in the digital world.

Kevin Gomes has over 25 year’s experience as an actuary and is a Principal at Taylor Fry Consulting, where he is the external appointed actuary for five general insurers and reinsurers. Kevin is a co-author of the Barometer, an annual publication produced jointly between JP Morgan and Taylor Fry which analyses key elements of the general insurance industry from the perspective of underwriters, reinsurers and brokers; drawing on over 20 years of industry data.

Will Scully-Power is the Co-Founder & CEO of PASCAL51, a next generation customer experience automation software platform. Will started both Eloqua (Oracle Marketing Cloud) and Marketo in Australia & New Zealand. Will is also a Director of Data Scouts, Australia’s largest training and recruitment agency specialising in Marketing Automation & CRM. Will is an expert in digital transformation and customer experience management.


Jessica Twigg is a Director in the National Disability Insurance Agency’s Sustainability team. A Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia, she has ten years’ experience in general insurance and the disability sector. Working with Scheme Actuary Sarah Johnson, Jessica has helped to support the establishment of the National Disability Insurance Scheme, first as a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers prior to its launch and then with the NDIA since 2014. In her current role, her focus is on modelling the long term costs of the NDIS.
