Becoming a Member

The Actuaries Institute is the professional body representing actuaries in Australia and accepts applications for a range of membership categories.

New memberships, changes to membership and reinstatements are reported to CEO for approval bimonthly on the first Tuesday: February, April, June, August, October, December.

This year, we're offering a mid-year membership which runs from 1 April to 30 September. This membership has been provided to increase the options available to members. Please keep in mind that the mid-year memberships end 30 September each year, irrespective of when you join.
