The Actuaries Institute is the professional body representing actuaries in Australia and accepts applications for a range of membership categories.
New memberships, changes to membership and reinstatements are reported to CEO for approval bimonthly on the first Tuesday: February, April, June, August, October, December.
If your membership is defaulted on 14 December and you wish to reactivate it in the future you will need to pay a reinstatement fee of AUD$360.
The Institute has a provision for discounted membership fees if your total remuneration including superannuation and bonus) for the year 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022 is expected to be $80,000 or lower.
