Women Actuaries Connect+, a fresh initiative from our Diversity and Inclusion Working Group designed to strengthen our community of women in the actuarial profession.

This program creates a welcoming space where women actuaries can build valuable professional connections, share experiences, and support each other's career journeys. With women making up about 40% of our membership, many under 35, we're focused on nurturing tomorrow's leaders through meaningful networking and mentorship.
