Discussion Paper raising issues in relation to APRA's proposed prudential and reporting framework for the supervision of private health insurers in Australia.

The Institute has written to the Private Health Insurance Administration Council providing some high-level comments on competition in response to the Discussion Paper: Competition in the Australian Private Health Insurance Market.
