Registration Terms and Conditions 

Your attendance is subject to receipt and clearance of payment. Your name and organisation will appear on the 2024 Summit delegate list.  

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Actuaries Institute reserves the right to change details or cancel without notice. Further information is available via All Actuaries Summit 2024.  

Disclaimer: By registering for this event you give the Actuaries Institute permission to publish any photographs that may be taken of you at the Summit by the official photographer or Institute staff. This includes the Institute websites, Actuaries Digital and social media platforms.

Privacy: All delegate names and organisations will appear on the 2024 All Actuaries Summit Delegate List. You have the option of excluding your name from the delegate list when registering for the event and information collected is subject to our Privacy Policy.  

Summit Registration Terms and Conditions: If a registrant is unable to attend the conference in-person, the registration can be transferred to someone else at anytime. If the substitution involves an attendee change from a Member to a Non-Member (or vice versa), any difference in the registration cost will be payable by you or refunded by us as applicable.   

When the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer their place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply: 

  • 40 or more days of the conference: In-Person and Virtual registrants may cancel with no penalty. In-Person registrants may switch to a virtual registration and have the cost difference refunded.  

  • Within 40 days (or less) of the conference: Refunds are not applicable for In-Person or Virtual registrants. 

Where no refunds are applicable. The Actuaries Institute may review this policy in the case of special circumstances, where sufficient evidence is provided.
