Your attendance is subject to receipt and clearance of payment. All payments to be made in Australian Dollars and a tax invoice / receipt will be issued upon payment. Payment can be made by direct deposit, cheque or credit card using Visa, Mastercard or Amex

As the Institute incurs costs prior to the commencement of this event, no refunds will be available after 5.00pm Friday 19 October.

Substitutions must be received in writing by Friday 26 October 2012.

In the unlikely circumstance that this event is cancelled, delegates will be responsible for their own travel and accommodation.
