The CPD Roadshow arrived in Sydney on Wednesday 11 March 2015. Presented by Dr Simon Longstaff AO, the session will focus on A Tiger in the Room – how to approach decision-making in the face of strategic risk.
Drawing insights drawn from history, psychology, philosophy and the profession of arms, Dr Longstaff offered fundamental insights into the nature of risk in human affairs. Attendees gained an enriched approach to facing risk and able to better manage circumstances through the exercise of leadership.
The session was a half-day format (with refreshment breaks) and included an update from 2015 President Estelle Pearson and CEO David Bell.
