Pre-registration and Part-payment Opportunity

Pre-registration is now open for the 2013 Actuaries Summit. If you would like to
pre-register and pre-pay a portion of your Summit registration fee, simply complete this form and return it to the Actuaries Institute via email or fax to +61 (0) 2 9233 3446. We will then invoice you for the outstanding amount in 2013 once the event fees have been confirmed.

Member - Pre-event Registration Pre-event registration includes: Access to all business sessions at the Summit; All lunches morning and afternoon teas; Gala Dinner on 20 May 2013; and  All Summit materials.	$1,500.00
Non-Member - Pre-event Registration Pre-event registration includes: Access to all business sessions at the Summit; All lunches morning and afternoon teas; Gala Dinner on 20 May 2013; and  All Summit materials.	$1,800.00

NOTE: Once the 2013 event registration rates have been confirmed the above amount will be offset against the amount owing.
