Retired Actuaries Group Sydney (RAGS) and Group of Retired Actuaries Melbourne (GRAM)

In addition the Institute runs a number of networking events and collaborative programs throughout the year. These include the Retired Actuaries Group Sydney (RAGS) and Group of Retired Actuaries (GRAM). RAGS was established in 2007 by an enthusiastic group of retired actuaries in Sydney. They meet on the first Thursday of each month, excluding January for a light lunch followed by a brief presentation and discussion on a topic of actuarial relevance. Approximately one week prior to each event a short ‘paper’ or briefing note is circulated to the retired NSW members. GRAM has only recently been established in 2012.
