Virtual Global Actuarial Library (VAL)

Much of the information on completed actuarial research worldwide is available via the International Actuarial Association’s Virtual Global Actuarial Library (VAL).

Overseas Actuarial Bodies’ Databases

There are overseas actuarial bodies with comprehensive databases on research-generated publications and other papers.

Australian Universities Publications and Related Material

Most journal papers, conference papers, symposium papers and related material produced by actuarial researchers in Australian universities should be available through VAL.

However, if you can’t find what you’re looking for, we have assembled a helpful pages from Australian university websites presenting publications, symposium, seminar papers and related material.

Interested members are encouraged speak with the university concerned regarding their attendance at or participation in symposia / seminars and other forms of university research.
