Research Papers
The Australian Actuarial Research Grants Program, funded by the Actuaries Institute, invites applications for research grants on an annual basis. These grants support leading-edge research projects, particularly projects in areas of strategic need for the profession, where outcomes from the research are expected to fill gaps in the profession’s intellectual and knowledge base and/or significantly advance its image and reputation.
The grants are also provided to support projects proposed by less experienced researchers who, in the opinion of the Research Council Committee, could benefit from further support for their research. These could include practitioners with expanding research interests.
Papers from research conducted during 2010-2011can be accessed below. It is anticipated that additional papers will be added on an ongoing basis.
